ABOUT US

Diversified Hospitality Ventures (DHV LLC) launched in January of 2023 to focus on acquiring and developing hotel properties primarily in the southeastern United States. DHV focuses on affordable high quality brands conveniently located within 50 miles of a top tier southeastern city. The company is currently under contract to build its first property in suburban Charlotte, NC.

LOCATIONS

Diversified Hospitality Ventures has its first project underway in suburban North Carolina and is aggressively pursuing other locations to launch four additional properties in 2023.

Diversified Hospitality Ventures partners have more than 50 years of experience running private equity backed ventures, utilities, broadband and infrastructure businesses. They have also served as C-Level executives with international banks and have served as consultants to Goldman Sachs & Morgan Stanley real-estate development projects.
